yummy bean dip

sisterface and i made this up as we went along.

bits and pieces:

* 2 tins of cannellini beans
* handful of basil
* 3 mushrooms
* bit of parsley
* as much garlic as you want
* 1 green chili (not too hot)
* big sploosh of olive oil
* 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
* juice of 1 lime
* 3 fingers of parmesan and/or peccorino
* (tonnes of) salt and pepper

how to do it:

* fuzz it all in a food processor.
* eat on crackers.
