Vegetarian Lasagna (kind of)

Ingredients:
Pasta (bows, noodles, lasagna sheets, whatever)
Plain flour
Butter
Milk
Cheese (grated)
Pepper
Any vegetables you have lying around.

Instructions:
1. Put the pasta on to boil, cook until al dente, leave sitting in the strainer.
2. Make up batches of Vegetable Stuff. Some ideas:
* Frozen or fresh spinach, fried with garlic.
* Carrots and broccoli, cut into smallish pieces and fried with garlic/onion/mixed herbs.
* Baked sweet potato.
* Roast red capsicum, then chop and fry with chopped tomato, tomato paste, chilli paste, etc to make a salsa.
3. Grease a baking dish, and put in layers of pasta and Vegetable Stuff.
4. Top with bechamel sauce:
* Melt about half a cup of butter in a pot,
* Add a teaspoon of flour at a time, stirring well,
* Allow to brown a little, then add milk (about 2 cups),
* Add in around two cups of cheese, and plenty of cracked pepper,
* Stir until it thickens.
5. Bake for around half an hour at about 200C.
